Distributing Alternate Living Flyers
on Shakyamuni Buddha's Birthday

Report from Kathmandu Center, May 3rd, 2006

The brothers and sister initiates from the Kathmandu set out for Swayambhu early in the Saturday morning of May 3rd, 2006, on the occassion of Shakyamuni Buddha's birthday. Buddha, who was born in Lumbini, Nepal, as Prince Siddhartha Gautam, got enlightment in Bodhagaya, India, after he forsook his crown for the realization of Truth. Swayambhu, the world heritage site, is the famous meeting place for Buddhist pilgrims from different countries.

The brothers and sisters distributed around 9,000 flyers of "Alternate Living" in Nepali version to the different visitors at the pilgrimage. Master's sample booklet "The Key of Immediate Enlightenment" both Nepali and English was also distributed to the visitors.

All the initiates felt Master's presence throughout their works as the day followed with a light rainfall afterwards.
