What can human beings do to deal with repeated outbreaks of epidemic diseases?

On November 20, Golden Year 3 (2006), in response to the news of widespread fatal mosquito transmitted diseases (malaria, dengue, etc) in several villages of Banke District, Nepal, several initiates from Kathmandu Center decided to go to that area to help.
With Master’s guidance, fellow iniatiates were able to distribute 300 blankets and 500 mosquito nets in Sonbarsa Village in Banke district.
The local District Public Health Office in Banke, Nepal also appreciated the efforts with a thank you letter to the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association, Nepal for the relief work...
On Sept. 21, 2006, a team of initiates left for Rajapur-Bardiya, the mid-western part of Nepal, to provide help to the flood victims.
The Kathmandu Center had collected clothes from initiates and neighborhoods. Those were distributed to the flood victims of Rajapur Ward No. 1
and Chedia village who were mainly poor the Sukumbashi communities of the area...
On May 3, 2006, the brothers and sisters at Kathmandu Center distributed around 9,000 flyers of "Alternate Living" to the different visitors at the Swayambhu Stupa on the occassion of the Buddha's Birthday.
On this day thousands of people throng at the world heritage Buddhist pilgrimage site from different countries. Master's sample booklet, "The Key of Immediate Enlightenment", both Nepali and English versions were also distributed to the visitors who affectionately received these gifts...
The universal brotherhood is a vast, beautiful network of intelligence, and we are a part of it.
And if any part of this network is in trouble, the whole network is kind of delayed in its function and effect.
So we need to fix that part and then everything will be all right...

Even in favorable situations we should always try to
remind ourselves that God comes first. God is our true
Self. I’m not here to preach to you that you have to
kneel every day to God and worship Hirm because if there
is such a God, Hes doesn’t need us to worship Hirm anyhow.
But remember that Hes is us. God is us. So we first have

On July 3, 2004 local fellow practitioners celebrated
the Festival at the Kathmandu Center in honor of our
dearest Guru Ching Hai. During the event, all the disciples
felt immense gratitude to Master for Her love, kindness
and blessings, which have completely changed their lives,
and they wish Her health and happiness now and forever.

Speaking
of God
In speaking of God or the Supreme Spirit, Master instructs
us to use original non-sexist terms to avoid the argument
about whether God is a She or a He.
She + He = Hes (as in Bless)
Her + Him = Hirm (as in Firm)
Hers + His = Hiers (as in Dear)
Example: When God wishes, Hes makes things happen according
to Hiers will to suit Hirmself.
